Executive Experience

As Vice President at Sceptre Vacations, Mark led the company through a period of rapid transformation, ultimately guiding it to a successful exit in 2019. His hands-on leadership included designing financial systems, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning day-to-day operations with long-term strategic objectives—challenges that mirror those faced by many of FFO's clients today.

Following that success, Mark became a General Partner at Heartland Ventures, where he partnered with early-stage companies to refine their financial operations, scale their business models, and prepare for capital raises and strategic growth. His ability to assess business models, optimize resource allocation, and coach executive teams has made him a trusted partner to both investors and operators.

Current Role & Impact

Today, Mark serves as a Professional EOS Implementer and integrator at Meritage, working directly with founders and leadership teams to implement execution systems that improve focus, accountability, and results. He has helped dozens of organizations design growth-ready infrastructures—from cash flow visibility and forecasting models to talent strategy and operational workflows.
