Our Leadership Team
Thomas Daly
Tom is a seasoned operator, investor, and entrepreneur having founded 3 businesses (TD3 Landscaping, TD3 Innovative Gaming, & FFO) and acquired 2 others (The Massapequa Tutor & Bravo Site Services). He founded FFO by leveraging his prior experiences and identifying a critical need for businesses of all sizes to have a strong finance back office with a full-service business advisor to advise leadership on its decision making.
Entrepreneurial Journey
Tom started his career as an entrepreneur with TD3 Landscaping, founded in 7th grade. His passion for building and scaling businesses led to successfully running and growing the company before exiting in 2018, prior to attending the University of Notre Dame. This early experience was instrumental in developing his sales, operations, finance, and leadership skills.
While at Notre Dame, Tom founded TD3 Innovative Gaming in 2020, an ed-tech services business for K-8 students. After a successful exit to Arrayscape Gaming in 2023, he currently serves on their Board of Directors. He also acquired The Massapequa Tutor (TMT) in 2022, which later merged with East Coast Scholars (ECS), where he now serves as Managing Partner and majority owner. Tom led the founding of Bravo Site Services in October 2024, which acquired and restructured a competitor in the construction site services space in December 2024. Post acquisition integration and restructuring, he exited in April 2025 to focus full-time on FFO.
Professional Background
Tom's professional experience includes roles in investment banking at Evercore's NY M&A group, private equity at Great Point Partners in Greenwich, CT, and as Managing Partner at the Kuttin Family Office on Long Island, NY. Throughout these roles, he was directly involved in 11 M&A transactions in aggregate of $100M enterprise value, most notably leading a minority growth investment into Venning, CPA at the Kuttin Family Office, which provided valuable insights into the fractional CFO services model.
Vision for FFO
At FFO, Tom applies his multifaceted background to build a unique non-equity thought partner experience for businesses at all stages. He is passionate about helping business owners gain clarity in their finances and achieve sustainable growth through both organic and inorganic (M&A) channels.
